REPORTING

We require various revenue and patronage data in order to submit your monthly Marketing Analytics Reports.We will send you a reminder at the beginning of each month to submit revenue for the month prior.

Your social media results dashboard is accessible any time here. Please note that venue results re only tabulated when they are submitted via the link below.

ANNUAL PLANNER

This 12 month planner outline key dates for all major activity throughout the calendar year. It is tweaked throughout the year, and re-published in full each December. It indicates periods for:

  • Agenda (discussion time)

  • Confirmation (of key points)

  • Design & Print (time allowance)

  • Campaign (live dates)

  • Deactivation (for cessation / removal)

Please submit any required updates / changes to this sheet via email.


MASTER SHEET

The information on this sheet is kept updated and is considered a “live” sheet. It can be updated by anyone with this secure link, and when done so, an alert is issued to MMD to initiate required changes. It outlines all venue information including:

  • Venue & kitchen open / close times

  • Management contact details

  • Important venue passwords

  • Regular weekly activity details and more


CONFIRMED BANDS & ARTISTS

We use this sheet to co-ordinate with external suppliers of DJ’s and live bands.

It’s a roster of confirmed acts that also collates bios / DJ images and and other information that can help us to promote the venue’s confirmed live acts.

Often there are last minute changes, and myriad emails can get confusing. We will generally use this sheet as the master and follow the roster as it appears here.


PHOTO LIBRARY

We keep all of your venue imagery on file within Dropbox.

This imagery has been sourced from various sources and is regularly updated.

CURRENT ARTWORK

We keep files of all your current artwork on file in this folder. Click to view and download various formats whenever you need them.


SEND LARGE FILES TO US

Click this upload link to send large files to us. You can view this link from any device - your desktop, phone or tablet. Here are some simple instructions:

  1. Make sure that any files you’re trying to send us are on the same device from which you’re viewing this web page

  4. Select all relevant files you’re wanting to send (you can select multiple files, but not multiple folders)

  5. Enter your First Name, Surname & your email address so we know who the files are coming from

  6. Click UPLOAD
